Renegades off to Rutland !

Pictured from the train, DRS Type 1 loco's 20306 + 20309 + 20314 take the sharp right curve just after Ryecroft Jn and head out over the 'Park on Pathfinder's "Rutland Renegade" freight-lines tour of 26th August 2006.

  1. Thats great to be able to get a train over rare local track and take pictures on sections like this where normally you can only stand lineside and get non-passenger workings. Also of interest is that 20306 and 20309 are former BRT beasts 20131 and 20075 respectively. A Grand Day Out...

  4. I would of liked to but I was in Poland that weekend. Would of been nice to of done last Saturdays tour behind em. Will have to plan ahead soon and do one. I always remember that Pennine 37 tour I was booked on in 1996, they failed and they put a duff on so we had our money back!
