Seen crossing Sutton Park on Tuesday was DRS loco 66423 in charge of a Freightliner/Heavy Haul service, 6P21 Mounntsorrel - Crewe, and 5 minutes later EWS loco 60056 appeared taking Freightliner flats eastwards ! I've no idea what this second train was....
Nice shots...! 60056 looks like its either pulling MOD flats or a possibility they may be some new type of wagon en route to Washwood Heath for loading with concrete sleepers? But I havent seen wagons like that before, look like may have straps on their decks.
