HST Test Train

The 'flying banana' NR HST test train is seen returning to Derby on the Sutton Park line during the afternoon of 22nd July, and also flask train 6M63 with 37612 + 37610 Bridgwater - Crewe CS around the same time. Both captured by the camera of Richard Coghlan.

WCRC Charter

47786 'Roy Castle' heads a charter express past East View Rd during the morning of 22nd July, with 57316 bringing up the rear. The train was running from St Helens to Oxford (the return service ran via Stourbridge & Bescot). Again, thanks to Richard Coghlan for these shots.
