Someone's been busy on the scanner ! Nice shot, no chance of a working like that today !692 still shown at Margam, switched off years ago.
I am sure it was or due to be, reinstated in 2003 or 4 for Sandite duties, unsure wether it actually was?
...arguably still one of the best (and clearest) photting points along the 'Park, pallisade steel fencing notwithstanding, a sunspot.

37692 'The Lass O'Ballochmyle' passes East View Road on 27.01.99 with a heavy load which I recall may have been the Bescot to Roundwood Rotherham steel.
